Glass Half Full

I was talking to Élan, my neighbor and a retired Ancient Alien. In fact, he was an aerospace engineer for the Galactic Patrol, 438th Division, Third Sector.

We were discussing Glass Half Full - Glass Half Empty. He said the glass was just twice as big as needed.
